Requirements, Incentives and Deadlines
If you are a classroom educator, parent, or youth organization leader you will find tremendous support and value in our Teacher's Guide. The Teacher's Guide will help you facilitate the discovery of imagination and intuitiveness as useful tools in the pursuit of knowledge, creative renewal and compassionate living for your students. In this way, students learn more authentically, and thus contribute more fully to individual and group learning environments.
A parent or legal guardian may register a child who is 13-17 years of age, for Level I and/or Level II; the child may then utilize the curriculum at his or her own pace. A parent or legal guardian must sign the Parent Consent Form and the child must sign the Student Standards of Conduct Agreement. Students 18-19 years of age may register, and must sign the Student Standard of Conduct Agreement, independent of a parent.
Parents may also register for the Teacher's Guide to use with a child under the age of 13. Parents may use the Teacher's Guide repeatedly for different students, or groups of students. Parents are not eligible for any awards, scholarships, or classroom rewards at this time.
Classroom educators for Grades 4-12 may register to use the Teacher's Guide, designed to create synergism through group participation. The activities in the Teacher's Guide align with the Common Core State Standards for Literacy, meeting its requirements for reading, writing, speaking and listening. Classroom educators may use the Teacher's Guide repeatedly for different groups of students. However, a separate application for subsequent Classroom Recognition Rewards-Only must be submitted for each new group of students, including a $35 fee for each subsequent application. Classroom educators are not eligible for Annual Ambassador Awards or Stelladaur Scholarships. Students 13-19 years of age may participate in Level I and/or Level II while at the same time participate with a teacher or parent who implements the Teacher's Guide.
Youth Organization Leaders
If you are an adult leader, counselor, or director for a nonprofit youth organization, you may register to use the Teacher's Guide, which may be used repeatedly for different groups of students. However, a separate application for subsequent Classroom Recognition Rewards-Only must be submitted for each new group of students, including a $35 fee for each subsequent application.

Winners will be notified by February 15th. Rewards are presented by March 15th.
